Sale Info

When does the sale start?

The sale starts Wednesday, January 17 at 9am. It will run from 9am-4pm daily from January 17- January 20th, 2024.

How “used” is this inventory?

In the rental industry, items are only new once. This inventory has been removed from our regular product line for a variety of reasons. Some is in a condition we are not able to rent any more. Some is out dated and has been replaced with a more current or readily available style. Some is in fine working condition but we no longer offer it.

Can I return product once it is purchased?

All sales are FINAL and all product is “SOLD as is.” There are no returns allowed.

Where is the sale being held?

The sale is taking place at 1401 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC. This location has been secured for the Sale and is not a Party Reflections location or open for the purpose of placing future rental orders. Visit Party Reflections.com to shop and speak to one of our sales representatives.

Are there minimums required for purchase?

The only set quantity requirements are for our table top items. Flateware, china and napkins are sold in quantities of 10. Sashes and Chargers as sold in quantities of 5. Glassware is sold by the rack and racks can be purchased. Glassware racks are $15. China plate crates are $5 each.

What forms of payment will you accept?

We will accept credit cards or cash as forms of payment. All credit card purchases will incur a 3% processing fee.

Product Pick Up

When do I have to pick up my items?

All items need to be removed from the sale site once they are purchased. We can not hold items once they have been purchased.

Will you load my vehicle?

You are responsible to ensure you have the proper sized vehicle along with straps, blankets, and any tools needed to safely secure items for transport. While we are happy to assist, it is the buyer’s responsibility to load and unload their vehicle.

Will you ship product to me if I can not get to the sale?

For a fee of $50/pallet we will palletize the items purchased and then provide information to customer who will initiate pickup with their freight vendor. All shipping details and cost will fall to the buyer.

Linens for Sale

What size linens will you be selling?

We are offering a large variety of sizes. The standard size linens in the rental industry are 96″ round, 108″ round, 120″ round and 132″ round. There are rectangular sized cloths as well and we will have a variety of custom size cloths that we no longer carry in our inventory.

Are these linens being sold because they are damaged?

All of the linens are coming from our rental inventory and therefore are used. Some are removed for damages, and some from fading or overuse. Many have been removed due to inactivity of renting and we are simply making room for newer product.
